Black History 2/24/20

Instead of a regular Fusion Prism meeting on Monday, February 24, 2020, we will meet at Edison State for the local Black History month event. Click here for a link to what all will be at the event. I think you will enjoy it.

This starts at 6pm, so we need to pickup anyone who needs a ride around 5:30. Since this event isn't at Fusion, we need permission if you are traveling with us. If you are getting dropped off at Edison State, we will just see you there. The permission form is available below to do electronically, or you can print one to be signed. Seriously - you can't ride with us if we don't have signed permission!

Here is a form for printing and signing. Below is a link for anyone that wants to sign it online. The only requirement there is that your parent/guardian needs their own, unique address. It can't come from your email.

Here's a link for a parent/guardian to use to complete the permission slip online. The parent/guardian must provide a unique email address so we can legally count this as a signature.
